The Enotel Quinta Do Sol Hotel is located between the centre of Funchal and the chic lido area. It features an on-site solarium and spa with a whirlpool bathtub, plus a large heated swimming pool, snooker, darts and table tennis facilities, and nightly entertainment at the Piano Bar.
The hotel offers rooms, all with private marble bathroom with hairdryer and vanity mirror, air conditioning, cable television, fridge, private safe and direct dial telephone. Either enclosed or exterior balcony overlooking the Quinta Magnolia park, the pool or the well tended gardens. Towels are changed daily and linen is changed every other day. Sea View rooms are also available (for a supplement).
The Magnolia Restaurant is available for a hot and cold buffet breakfast (07.30-10.00) and evening meal (19.00-22.00). The Palm Bistro located by the swimming pool offers lunch (12.00-15.00) and snacks (09.00-18.00). For pre-dinner drinks the Piano Bar is open 18.00-00.00. Diet or vegetarian meals are also available upon request.
Facilities include a large heated swimming pool, fitness room, jacuzzi, whirlpool, solarium and sauna (for a fee), snooker, darts and table tennis and a games room with cards and table games. A variety of nightly entertainment is on offer throughout the week such as folk dancing and a pianist in the piano bar.
